Steve from Pest Bear is great! He informs he is coming before every visit so we can potty our dogs and keep them safe. The technician explained everything to us. He pointed out a tree that was dying, checked our sprinkler system, found a couple in the wrong place, and brushed our lanai and porch. Very happy with the results.
