The company (Pest Bear/Lawn Bear). Set the correct expectations, meaning this a partnership, proper watering, proper mowing for the homeowners has to do. Also, communication is THE KEY TOWARDS SUCCESS!! A suggestion for the company you should have a lawn sign for NEW customers that have preexisting Problems, so they cannot blame the company for results because we look at lawns that companies do to judge their performance, and if the homeowner neglected their property or the previous company that reflects toward THE NEW COMPANY, just saying
