I detected the PestBear truck in front of my neighbor's house. I approached the agent; he introduced himself as Elijah, a gentleman, very nice and courteous. He gave me a brief description of the company and what they do when they come to a client's home. After he finished with the neighbor's job, he came to my house at my request to answer a few questions that I had initially asked him. Elijah was very thorough in his presentation; you can tell that he knows what he does and does it well. I accepted to work with him on the spot.
