We're in a New build and there are many bugs here. After the 1st grass service we noticed a significant reduction in bugs. This is without the actual Pest control application. This review may be a bit early as pest control has not been serviced yet. That said, if pest control is as good and grass service then this review will continue to be a 5 🌟. If it isn't, I will be back to adjust the rating mid July.

He’s helped get spider webs down and handles concerns I have about kids and bug bites very seriously. Great guy and we love him!
