The signing up for the service was straightforward and simple. It is moderately priced. Ask for any on-going deals and the company honors them. Once I signed up, the company called to setup an appointment. On the day of the appointment, one hour prior to the technician’s arrival, I was informed that they will be there. It’s entirely optional for someone to be at home when they arrive. After they arrived, they sprayed the exterior and used the tube system from outside. The flies and bugs outside my home near the entry way reduced after the 1st treatment. Overall, I am satisfied.
